- UnprotectXLS is for files you own or have permission to edit. Sheet protection is a convenience feature, not encryption — recovering access to your own spreadsheet is fair game.
- What happens to my file?
- Uploaded over HTTPS, processed in an isolated sandbox, returned to you, and deleted from our servers. We keep no copies and run no analytics on file contents.
- Do I need an account?
- Not for Single Use — pay, unlock, done. The Annual plan uses an email-linked license so you can come back and unlock more files across the year.
